Welcome to 2 Bears Bakery. We are dedicated to providing our Oak Grove, Missouri community and beyond with high-quality, handcrafted cookies. By placing an order through 2bearsbakery.com, you agree to the following policies.
1. Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer
While we specialize in delicious gluten-free and sugar-free cookies alongside our classic favorites, our products are baked in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. We take extensive precautions to prevent cross-contamination; however, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of trace allergens. Customers with severe food allergies should exercise judgment before consuming our products.
2. Ordering and Fulfillment
Order Processing: All of our treats are baked fresh to order. Please allow 3 days business days for your order to be prepared before it is ready for pickup or local delivery.
Modifications & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placement. Once baking has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Pickup & Delivery: Local pickup is available in the Oak Grove area. For delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the perishable goods at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.
3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if an error was made on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund for items that do not meet our quality standards.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the checkout process (such as your name, email, and billing address) is used strictly to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
